1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after full or agreed payment has been received. Booking details provided must be accurate and complete.
2. Payment Policy
Payments must be made through approved payment methods. Prices are shown per stay and include the amenities stated at the time of booking. Any additional services requested may attract extra charges.
3. Check-In & Identification
Guests are required to present a valid government-issued identification at check-in. Failure to provide valid ID may result in denial of access without refund.
4. Security Deposit
Some residences require a refundable security deposit. This deposit covers potential damages, missing items, or violations of house rules. Refunds are processed after inspection upon check-out.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the residence and rate selected. Refund eligibility and timelines are stated at the time of booking. No-shows may be charged in full.

Violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
7. Property Use & Damages
Guests are responsible for keeping the residence in good condition. Any damages, losses, or excessive cleaning required during the stay will be billed to the guest.
8. Maintenance & Access
H2Residence reserves the right to access the property for maintenance, repairs, or safety reasons, with prior notice whenever possible.
9. Liability
H2Residence is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to take necessary precautions during their stay.
10. Force Majeure
H2Residence shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or utility failures.
11. Changes to Terms
H2Residence reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
